Silk flows beautifully as you move, and these wearable art pieces offer silk’s wonderful qualities: light weight, yet warm, and breezily cool (by virtue of not fitting the body, but flowing with and around it). I hand dyed and painted each one so each is an original work of art. The shrugs I sewed and beaded by hand, the beading weighing the shrugs to sit better on the body.
